In the residence town of the Bavarian dukes from the 13th century, the Liberation Hall is enthroned on the Michelsberg. The route continues along the Altmühltal cycle path to Riedenburg. The tour ends here in the pleasant Schambachtal valley, on the so-called Schambachtalbahn cycle path. Challenging climbs and rapid descents lead via Laimerstadt, Arresting and Irnsing. Here you cross the Danube bridge back to Bad Gögging.
