Weltenburg hiking trail VI: Michelsberg circular trail

We start the circular route, which is also very suitable for jogging, at the parking lot of the Befreiungshalle. We follow forest paths past the Inner Celtic Wall. This is followed by a section through the forest. There you will come across pits, some of which are filled with water, which in turn serve as a habitat for newts and toads. Shady paths lead you back to the Befreiungshalle. This pleasant circular walk can be ideally combined with a visit to the Befreiungshalle.
