Weight room - a meditative tour

The subterranean world welcomes us with soothing silence and the soft melody of falling drops. The cave is a relaxing place of power in itself, and before we dive even deeper into healing and energizing spaces in a circle of chairs, we explore various places of special power.

Afterwards, we sit in a circle in the cave power room and the cave power can work for us while we meditatively connect with other sources of power. In deep relaxation, we visit power and healing spaces and discover other spaces of power during each healing meditative tour, such as the darkness, silence and sounds of the cave, the forces of the earth, the elements or others.

Accompanying words as well as moments of silence invite us to forget everyday life for a while. Body, soul and spirit are allowed to rest and recharge, and we can let go, find new strength and enjoy a relaxing break.
