To mark the 200th anniversary of King Ludwig I's accession to the throne, a very special guided tour awaits you in Kelheim. Together with tour guide Thomas Dorsch, you will walk through the historic old town - and meet none other than the king himself!
At various stations, Ludwig I himself talks from the sewing box: sometimes charming, sometimes surprising - but always entertaining.
The route leads from Ludwigsplatz via the Alter Markt to the Deutscher Hof, where the king resided during the construction of the Befreiungshalle.
Look forward to an entertaining mix of history, drama and Bavarian flair!
