On board the excursion boats of the Kelheim White Fleet, passengers can enjoy the unique natural beauty of the Danube Gorge and let themselves drift along.
Between March and November, the excursion boats of the Kelheim White Fleet run regularly between Kelheim and the Weltenburg Monasteryfrom May to the beginning of October on the Altmühl between Kelheim and Riedenburg. The trip on the Altmühl and Danube is exciting and enjoyable during one of the eventful Special trips - from dance cruises with live music to gourmet brunches and mulled wine cruises in winter.
Tip: The cable ferry between Weltenburg and Stausacker offers a short crossing with historical flair. People crossed the Danube in this way as early as 1442. Today, the crossing is a special experience for hikers, cyclists, motorcyclists and motorists.
