Length: 16.6 km

A very scenic connecting route from the Altmühltal valley into the Danube valley to Ingolstadt. From Riedenburg, the cycle path leads along a former railroad line, past the hammer mill in Hexenagger along the leisurely flowing Schambach to the market town of Altmannstein. From here, there is an ascent to the Bettbrunn pilgrimage church. The cycle path then leads through the Köschinger Forst forest to the market town of Kösching and on to Ingolstadt.
